3. Grounds for processing
Depending on the context, we process personal data with your consent, to take steps requested before entering into an agreement, to perform an agreement, to comply with law, and for other uses permitted under applicable Indian data protection law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it, although this will not affect processing already carried out and may limit services that require the data.
4. How data is shared
We may share only the data reasonably required with:

5. Cookies and similar technologies
The portal uses cookies and similar storage required for login sessions, security, preferences, and reliable operation. Analytics or other optional technologies may also be used where configured. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but essential portal functions may then stop working correctly.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication, system monitoring, and secured hosting. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to maintain business and project records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security logs, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Data is then deleted or anonymised where practicable.
8. International and third-party processing
Some service providers or platforms may process data outside your state or country. Where this occurs, we use reasonable safeguards and follow applicable restrictions. Third-party sites and platforms have their own privacy practices, and this Policy does not control them.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data we process, ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected, request deletion where appropriate, withdraw consent, nominate another person where legally available, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law or an ongoing agreement requires it.
10. Children's data
The client portal is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit a child's personal data unless you are authorised to do so and the processing is lawful and necessary for an agreed service.
